    I am trying to start a trial version of True Image 9. In the Create Backup Wizard I get to the Backup Archive Location page. Under "Desktop" I click on "My Computer" and the words "My Computer" and "System Folder" show up in the right panel but the contents My Computer are not shown so I cannot chose an archive location. How do I get the complete display of what is on my computer so I can choose the archive location?

    Hello johnpratt,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Could you please try to double-click on "My Computer" or unfold its contents by clicking on the plus symbol (near "My Computer"). The folder tree should appear in the left part of this page of the wizard.

    If the above doesn't help could you please make a screen shot of the Backup Archive Location page. Please send this screen shot to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

    - Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
    - Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
    - Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
    - Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
    - Save the result picture with JPEG format being preferable.

    Thank you.

    Double clicking on My Computer did nothing. Clicking on the plus symbol gave an error message. I'm sending a screen shot as an attachment to support@ acronis.com.
