see no drives

    i have just installed the trial version 8.0 true image and it doesn't see my hard drives..any helpers? thanks

    Is that when running True Image from Windows, or from the Rescue CD?

    Please clarify when the program doesn't see your hard drive. If the problem with Acronis Rescue Media (when you boot from bootable CD) please try the "acpi=off noapic" workaround and if it doesn't help please create sysinfo.txt file and send to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the detailed instructions). We will certainly help you with the solution.
