Please can someone help me,I`ve only had my computer five mouths so I`m still learning, it`s taken me one hour just to get this far.

My computers slow, I`ve run norton antivirus for the first and found 37 virus`s, 30 have gone but 7 wont go there called securityrisk.downldr, I`ve tried running it in safe mode but it wont go, I have looked in the file it says its in, but it isnt there.

(I`ve heard of hoaks) I`ve also done two checks on housecall.com and symantec.com they both say the computers clean, how do i get rid of it ? I`m haveing a break down, have been trying for two weeks,
Will be very greatful of any HELP,

    Thanks nicky.
