I dont know what "Advanced disk space optimization feature" is though. Also theres probably some features unique to each program; Im just comparing the main ones.

    Advanced Disk Optimization

Hard drives with a large amount of free space can take a long time to clean. This is because SecureClean has to clean all the free space to ensure that your deleted data is overwritten and erased. SecureClean can dramatically shorten this cleaning time by decreasing the amount of free space on your drives.

How SecureClean Decreases Free Space on a Drive

SecureClean decreases free space on your drives by simply creating secure temporary files on them. As you add and remove files from the drive, SecureClean adjusts the size of its temporary files (if the change is large enough) to maintain the correct user-specified amount of free space.

These temporary files are stored in a folder C:\SecureClean Secured Space, where C: is a drive letter.

    Optimizing a Selected Drive

    1. Do one of the following to launch SecureClean:

    • double-click the SecureClean Tray icon in the system tray area in the lower right-hand corner of your screen

    or

    • select Start | Programs | SecureClean 4 | SecureClean Configuration from the Windows start button.

    2. Click the "Disk Space" button on the left side of the window.

    3. Select the drive you wish to configure from the list of available drives and press "Configure Selected Drive".

Pausing the Disk Space Optimization Operation

If you need to keep SecureClean from checking and modifying your drives’ free space for a short amount of time, you can check this option.

Note: If you optimize a drive for cleaning, Windows will think that the drive is much lower on free space than it actually is. To view the true amount of free space on the drive, use the information provided by SecureClean in the optimization dialog.
