Schedule function makes a banging crash

    Hello,

    I am suffering of a kind of odd issue with the Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 8.
    Of course I am using the latest build, no748. Even though and but still when I want to or when I click on the program link for schedule a task the program crashes instantly, and every time too with no excuses at all. Anyone got an idea what's wrong here, help me if possible, thank you in advance!!!!

    Hello Rookie,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software.

    Could you please do the following:

    1. Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and press Enter.
    2. In the dialog that appears check the Log File and Crash Dump paths, then press the OK button.
    3. Run Acronis True Image again.
    4. Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.

    We need diagnostic information from you. The information you sent will be of great help in solving this issue.
