scanning downloaded files using AVGFree

    which AVG component to be used in scanning downloaded files (to be used in the virus scanner option of a download manager)?

    And which file is used for BitDefender 7.2 (Free)?
    And for AntiVir (Free)?

    I don't get it. All AVs have On-Access scanners. I never used command lines in downloaders or ZIP programs.

    Did you try ashQuick.exe (from avast) in a download manager with a file that has spaces in its name? Try :D

    Ok, I have on-access, just an extra precaution... :cool:

    I believe version 6 used avgse.exe and avg 7 uses...
    C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Free\avgw.exe /SE
