SB 3.3 cannot detect Firefox 1.0.2 issue

    I have tried the solution as suggested in the troubleshooting faq but still cannot resolve my problem.

    I have Win XP and my Firefox registry is only a few hundred KB.

    I wonder if it is caused by my Firefox profile name: default.y0u

    Please help.
