This issue has become urgent to try to resolve, original post was this:
I am trying to create image of Sata drives, using Acronis True Image Enterprise 8.0 build 1213. When I boot to recovery disk it doesn't see any drives, I also booted to True Image Workstation and it sees the drives but says it doesn't support dynamic disks. Does anyone know how to get an image from SATA/dynamic disks, in software RAID
Config: Dell PowerEdge SC430, in software RAID 1, 2 SATA drives (no-scsi), thanks in advance.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help

Try a search on "dynamic disks" and see if you can find any help.

    Hello jdgrenz,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

I recommend you to create a new Acronis Bootable Rescue CD using the latest build and check whether it recognizes your hard drive.

If it does not see the hard dirve then please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected report file and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
