i have run optimize and now webpages on firefox do not load correctly, any ideas, have been on here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/970708 is there idea correct
press shift and reload webpage then everything is ok, but still have problems on some pages and internet explorer has this pop up, webroot critical error occurred, failed to find required file WRDate\pkg\lpplugin.dll, i would normally put in support ticket but posting to see if anyone else has the same
If you did a cleanup while FireFox was running, you need to clear your FireFox cache. That is why it says to shut down FireFox. The lpplugin.dll missing means that something or somebody manually borked the Password plugin -or- you had LastPass installed from somebody other than LastPass when you installed Webroot. In that case, unfortunately, a reboot, uninstall Webroot, reboot, reinstall Webroot and don't blast the DLL is the proper "Definitely works" step, and there may be some less-invasive fixes available as well.
