I got a chocolate Slim Fast I'd be willing to share, or would you prefer mocha, I got that also. I won't call it a diet, but my eating habits have changed. The old tread mill has helped also, have dropped eight pounds this month. This by the way folks is yet another one of the good guys here at Wilders, and I am proud to count her as a friend.

Ok i'm not good at this. I will not put that dish in the dishwasher. I have to over come my cleaning every thing. Help

 

At least overcome it for one day You can do it

 

OK! Quick!! Before the cleaning part of your mind gets a stranglehold, get a belt,a length of chain or dog leash, some super glue, liquids, band-aids, earplugs,snacks for a few hours - NOW!! Glue your shoes to the floor, wrap the chain around the computer and yourself, take the belt and strap yourself into the chair, put your earplugs or earbuds in, hide the refreshments and ..........YOU ARE DONE!!!! Yea!! Yea!! Another day of drudgery down the drain!!! (The band-aids are for anyone who tries to remove you from the computer!! Look Dangerous! Growwl!! That should do it!!! You're on your own, Suga-Bella!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! (BB's done stole all the smilies!?!? )
