Revop.C AND Revop.A on my computer..Help, please

It comes up on McAfee as a pup file. I really don't know much about all this. My computer has been acting really messed up so I had it checked..These are trojan viruses? I really, just want to know what I need to do, and how much it will cost..?

Then post your HijackThis log here. Do not fix anything with HijackThis by yourself as most of what it will list will be harmless and even essential. Wait until an Expert has reviewed it and they will post the instructions on what needs to be fixed.
