Select "Options-User Data" to set the locations you want to keep that info.

    6. Anything else to move or consider?

I use Mailwasher Pro so I set up the blacklist file on a disk other than c:

In general most softwares have "folder settings" where you can tell the software, where to store your precious data-files, including partition letter + folder + subfolder.
I never met a software until now, where I couldn't do this.
