Can I please just check that I have this right: If I have an image of a partition, (or of files/folders), that is split into two or three times c.4.5GB size, (for burning to DVD), plus one differential backup - and then want to restore the complete partition, I begin by inserting the disc with the differential image? I would then be asked for discs 3, 2 & 1 in that order?

If this is not the case, maybe someone could correct me!

    Thanks,

    Martin

    Hello Martin,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

In order to restore your partition, you should insert DVD disk with the differential image at first. The order of DVD replacement can be different so you just need to follow the instructions of Restore Data Wizard.

You can also find more information on how to use Acronis True Image 9.0 Home in the respective User's Guide.

    Thank you.
