resource collision

when I run Acronis Migrate Easy 6.0 from the CD i get the following error:
'PCI: Device 00:1f.1 not available because of a resource collision'
Then the system hangs.
Any suggestion or solutions (I prefer solutions)...

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

Then please create a new bootable CD and try to use it. If the problem persists please contact support@acronis.com and include the link to this thread in your request. Please also indicate that you want to contact Andrew Berezovsky.
