    Hi all,

What I want to do is resize my XP partition so I have 25GB of free space so I can install Vista 64 Bit (testing some programs I want to use), when I rebooted it came up with the Disk Director Suite screen thing but with an Disk Not Found error, it then rebooted fine back into XP with no resize change to the partition.

I am using the full version not the trail, also I already have Ubuntu 7.10 Beta installed onto this hard drive has well.

Try doing the resize by booting from the DD CD instead of starting the procedure from Windows.

Depending on where you put the partiton, be aware that it may change the order partitions are assigned in Ubuntu.
