Just installed Ewido Antimalware. But had to uninstall Secuirty first. Um, and when uninstalling it left a start menu folder as residue. Just a heads up, hope it will be fixed?

I'm really wondering about this. How did you uninstalled it? Did you execute the uninstall.exe in the ewido\security suite directory or did you uninstalled it via the Control Panel\Add/Remove Software option?

Did you restart after uninstall? ( This is an important step while uninstalling )

Hello, well, I restarted after uninstalling Ewido SECURITY SUITE. Because it said there was some major error or something to that extent, and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. I uninstalled via the shortcut [too lazy to dig through control panel] And rebooted, and installed Ewido Antimalware, rebooted, and boom there it was. Two ewidos on my start menu. :/

It's not a problem with me, because I just hit the delete, but just wondering if this was a bug of some sort.

What do you mean with "deleted via shortcut"? Did you deleted the shortcut on the Desktop only?

Are you sure? I ask because the installer doesn't create such a shortcut...
