Hello, I try pushing the CSI edge installer to the machine, and it tells it's installing to refresh again.. I click refresh, and it says Not Installed.. Any ideas?
I'm not familiar enough to help you with the Enterprise Deployment Tool but if you write into our support inbox and PM me your email address, I'll ensure it gets taken care of quickly (our Enterprise customers generally just work directly with us by phone or by messages within our inbox)
It takes a while (30s - 1min) before the status changes to 'Installed'. At least that's the case on my network. What version are you running? v3 Enterprise?
