I have the Paragon Hard Disk Manager 2010 Pro.
I have an image (about 290GB total in 2,2 GB files) of my system drive (C: 400GB) located in a folder on another drive (1TB).
When restoring this image to the original 400GB drive using the recovery CD all files are copied but the PC does not boot, just stops with a black screen and blinking cursor when Windows should start booting. I have tried this several times. If I boot from another HDD with Windows Vista 64 and an installed version of HDM2010Pro, the image gets restored perfectly and boots without any problems. Obviously there is a problem with the recovery CD.

Could there be some limitations as to disk size or so? All disks are SATA2 internals.

Are you using the WinPe cd. ?

As you have the pro edition - you can d/l it from your account. Functionally it is the same as the installed version of HDM.
