    Title says it all. Need to audit/record everything that is typed and browsed on Windows XP/Windows 7 desktops, like Windows Live Messenger conversations and webmail usage, etc...

    Any recommendations would be really very welcome!

    that's fair :)

    first scenario: boss wants a simple way to have all user activity recorded;

    second scenario: parents wants a simple way to have childrens activity recorded;

    there are a lot of softwares to do that, but I really would like to rely on good Wilders Security opinions:)

    I was afraid that would be the reason and sorry but i'm all for ones privacy no matter who or where.

    It's a touchy subject but i'm sure someone else will offer suggestions.

    Hi David,

    Search terms such as "monitoring employee [internet or website] usage" will yield plenty of hits on that first request of yours. If it were me I'd probably wanna get in touch with and speak to the IT guys from surrounding businesses whom currently have an appropriate policy in place.

    Spector Pro 2010 is one of the best :D just be sure that the machines you are installing it on belong to you.

    NOTE; Keylogger software can/will cause older machines to lag considerably.
