Need some firewall online/download tests so I can do some comparisons first hand on my various setups.

That's one mean list there. Sometimes I wonder how one is supposed to run these tests.

If I run 'em inside SBiE the 'Test' seems to win. But does it?
The policy Hips keeps interjecting. Should I ignore my security setup & let the test run?
If the test is permitted to advance by 'allow' in the Hips, malwarebytes sometimes pips in with a protest. Should i ignore?

Whats the policy for running this test stuff? do i tell my defenses to have a coffee break? Or do I win because SBiE & MWB & policy Hips are protecting me?

Far as I understand, most likely you win since other defenses stopped the tests.
But if you want to test the firewall, and by that I mean a FIREWALL, a protocol, ports, etc thing, not some suite with hips or av or spyware, then you do need to allow the test through all those protections and then you'll be checking the firewall itself, your packet rules.
It's amazing how much work is involved to actually reach the firewall, isn't it?

In order to truly test the Software Firewall one needs to bypass the Router

If your computers are behind an Router you need to disconnect the test computer from the Router and directly connect the test computer directly to the Modem.

One may also run the Test(s) through the Router to test the Router.

The two Online Tests that I perfer and recommend are the two in Post #5 by moontan:
    (1) GRC (Gibson Research Corporation)
    (2) PC Flank Ltd.
