RA Remote install

    Cannot push install to some of Clients, even turned off the (Simply Sharing option) in XP. Got the IPC$ error. What's wrong with it? Help me ~~ o_O

    Could be XP's Firewall which blocks File & Printer Sharing.

    If you can't access the IPC$ share then odds are a firewall is shooting you down or you are using bad credentials.

    3x tops causes that I've found, in order
    *Client PCs aren't using your domain controllers IP as their DNS server...need that name resolution and domain admin access
    *Client PCs firewall isn't allowing file 'n print sharing access
    *Client PCs have corrupted tcp/winsock..often from malware, run a TCP/Winsock repair utility

    If he has to disable simple file sharing on the clients, odds are they aren't joined to a domain.
