question: what means this mediapack

I'm planning on renewing my licence but I see the option to get nod32
Single User 2 Year Licence with Media Pack

but what does it mean, I tried googling but to no avail.

At what web site did you see this? Is it possibly just a reseller adding on some extra software with NOD?

I would assume that means the boxed version, as opposed to the electronic download. But to be 100% sure you would ask this question of the Irish distributor:
