question on verification of spyware blaster running

    Hi, As I don't see an icon nor does it show in tasks or processes that the protection is on how can I be sure it is on?

    As I open the program it says is on.

    But just verifying as doesn't show in tasks or processes.

    Can someone just let me know if it's normal not to show in processes or tasks, and no icon in the start bar as to on?

    It is completely normal for Spyware Blaster to not show in running processes or have an icon in the startup folders.

    Spyware Blaster does not run in the background. It works in a passive way, through various settings it makes in the Windows registry and within the browsers it supports.
