    Hi,

My NOD32 license had expired at the beginning of June. I held off on renewing because I wasn't sure if NOD version 2.0 would be stable on my WIN98SE system. I checked out the ESET website and it appears as if my window for getting the renewal price has expired. Does anyone know if that is "written in stone" or if I can somehow still get the renewal price? I emailed ESET but probably won't hear back from them until after the weekend.

    Thanks,

    Chimmer

    I checked here:

    http://nod32com.host-manager.com/product.asp?productid=9921

    It says:

    NOD32 - 1 user license renewal

    $27.30

The renewal option is for current registered users with valid NOD32 software license only! NOD32 one year renewal of the software license.

License renewal is applicable up to one month after the expiration date of the original and valid NOD32 software user license.

It's been a little over a month since my expiration date of my original license.

I heard back from ESET who told me to go ahead and try the e-store renewal purchase, so I did and everything worked ok.

    Thanks for all the assistance!

    Chimmer :)

    Yes indeed support is there.
I had a similar problem to renew, and a temporary username and password has been issued to keep me going for the weekend until some of the details needed can be exchanged for licence renewal.
But as i am leaving around 9PM tonight to haul a load of potatoes and won't be back until late tomorrow, so won't be able to provide details until tuesday
