QUARTINED file problem

I unistalled the program eset smart security after trial period off but it has quarantined important file to me , so I download eset anti virus trial version to restore the file again but it does not read the old quarantined files .

Any help ?

 

uninstall the nod32 antivirus and download again the smart security trial, so you can restore the quarantined file.

 

It told me : restoring file failed.

 

i think the files that ESET created in the quarantine folder might no longer exist and as a result you get this message.

i think you can no longer restore the file you want.

 

Maybe the drive F: was a removable medium which is not currently connected.

It was my fault thanks for help , I renamed the file quarantined and remove the .nqf which is extension of quarantine files in :

AppData\Local\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Quarantine

As I do in some another security products for returning quarantined files

So when I add .nqf the eset can now read it.
