I've purchased NOD32 AntiVirus today at Eurosecure (5 hours ago), and everything apparently went ok.

I got an email from worldpay, then one from eurosecure with username/password.. But not the licensefile mentioned everywhere in the documentation.
Quote from the helpfile: "After purchase, License keys are delivered along with your User name and Password."

My question is this, where do I find the license file/key?

I turned off all antispam software, and tried the eset 'lost license' option (two times, an hour apart) to try to get the email resent just in case the spamfilter got to it..
Still waiting for both of them (not something which gains trust).

So far this seems to be the strangest purchase experience I've ever encountered on the net (I've done hundreds).

I still have no expiry date listed anywhere, nothing in 'Licenses' etc.

Is Eurosecure a true reseller of NOD32, or is it a fake? I got there through the eset site.

    Hi.
i think the documention is outdated
you dont need licensefile for nod32 3.0
you only need username and password to get definition updates

I guess it might be.. but then so would the 'Licenses' section in NOD32 AV?

The trial version (.621) had no problem displaying an expiry date, but this
can't even manage to do that (However, it would be somewhat logical if the software wasn't considered activated/registered yet due to lack of said licensekey).

The Username and password is the license.

Once you have entered the Username and password into NOD32 to replace the trial username and password the Expiration Date should appear after the next successful Update. However i have seen it take 24 hours on occassions....

Ok, I guess patience is the key :)
I got access to the latest version only after purchasing, so the first update with the new username/pw was done immediately after installing it.
It doesn't have an expiry yet anyway.

Btw, somebody should sync the documentation to the reality.
