proxy servers

I am testing Spywareblaster for my company, and we have a firewall with proxy server, which requires a end user to authenticate to the firewall before they can go to the internet. I am not able to get any updates as there is no place to set the authentication in your products. I do not get a login window up, and usually just get an error code 407. I have tried using my browsers settings and had the same results.

Is there a way to get a manual download of the update files or a way to get the proxy to popup the authentication window before it connects to the internet?
