Problems with renewal: How to contact a real person at ESET(MGK) Belgium/Luxembourg?

    I'm a newbie here - hand on heart: posting to try and get some help...

    I have a license for the ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus which expired on 25/04/12.

    On the 23/4 I renewed my license for one year and received confirmation of payment and a serial number.

    I also registered my renewal using that serial number and my "old" user name and password.

    Unfortunately, I have not received my new license number.

    I've sent two Emails but no reply.

    Does anyone have a phone number for these guys? I'm worried that my pc is now unprotected.

    Yes, that's exactly the link/form I used to send the Email.

    I also used a seperate link to request a "missing" license code.

    The only telephone number I did find was via an English FAQ (on the BE/LU site) but that was in the USA and they could not help me as they only deal with US and Canadian users.

    When you used the form at , didn't you receive a so-called support ticket?

    Anyway, some googling gave me a site of where I may have found the phone number:

    Telefoon: 26 18 51-1
    Fax: 26 18 51-999

    So, that leads me to think that the phone number is: (+352) 26 18 51 1
    (with 352 being the country number of Luxembourg)
    I just tried it from Holland, it works, but at this moment of the day the office is closed; so try it tomorrow if you like.

    I did get a support ticket (basically a confirmation that they had received my Email) but still no answer or license codes.

    Well done on finding that number - I'll see if I have any success with that.

    Hello, to Belgium,
    typically you do not receive a new license code once you renew within a certain period after end-date. The licence renewal should be visible by itself in the meantime, just check the NOD main page....
    ( At least this is how it is run with my and my customers licenses in Germany...)

    Thanks guys.

    I tried the number several times but no-one answered.

    However, I now have the new license codes and have renewed the protection.

    So, it all ended up OK...eventually.
