I just installed NOD32 in 4 PCs (version from february's last couple of weeks). After that, I don't know if by itself or with Windows Update, I haven't been able to use any javascript enabled webpage (example: Hotmail's redirection script not working).

I have tried to change IE's security level, javascript and activex settings, disabling IMON and uninstalling NOD32, reinstalling IE7 or downgrading to IE6 and nothing works. I just noticed that in addition to that, WMP11 is not starting at all. Could someone have an idea on how to solve this?

BTW Firefox is working fine, but I need IE for some suppliers webpages and orders. OS is Windows XP SP2 with Vista Inspirat Pack (I tried all of the above uninstalling this Pack)

    Thanks in advance.

    HI alejandromalo, welcome to Wilders.

Unfortunately this is not a NOD32 issue, I have come across it before and have never found a solution, mine has always been to place an image back on.

If you find the solution please let us know, I certainly would appreciate it.

    Cheers :D

I don't think it's NOD related either. Have you tried enabling/disabling certain IE add-ons that may have brought the issue?

I only recently came across this issue aswell, not NOD32.
I think it was to do with IE7.
Try resetting it back to all defaults in internet options.
Also trying uninstalling WMP and downloading latest.
