Problems with ATI 10 and Vista

    The problem is, Acronis and most users are focused on backup and restore. I found that to be a loser 10 years ago, and went to duplicate HDDs with no restoration necessary. Cloning rules. Acronis is simply reacting to the market.

    The reason I always use bootable media for cloning is that a few years ago, any thing withinh Windows led to sharing violations. An independent boot to a neutral GUI and OS bypasses all those silly obstacles.
