Problems buying NOD32

    Hi there;
    I recently tried to buy NOD32, because its a good virusscanner.
    I've used the 30 days trail version with no problems.
    Then i decided to buy the software, so i filled out a form on "nod32.nl"(the Netherlands) and paid the bill in advance for two licenses because i have two machines.
    As a result i didn't get anything, no conformation E-mail and no E-mail containing password/userid.
    I then decided to send an E-mail to the support-adress in holland but didn'tget any response. Since i did this several times the last couple of days with no response, i also send an E-mail to the american support-adress at Eset, with no response either.

    My question is: is there a ESET-moderator on this forum who could help me out because i really like my computers to be protected.

    Today i've got an E-mail from Eset and i could download the program.
    So, thank you Happy Bytes and Marcos for your help.

    There is only one little snag in this that needs to be resolved.
    I had ordered it for two computers and i only got a license for one.
    Can i use the same program on the other computer or is this impossible?

    Contact the reseller you purchased NOD32 from to confirm or deny that you actually paid for 2 licenses.

    That's why I love NOD, you just can't find service like this anywhere else, Marcos and HB are great.

    Got a reply from NOD and all is oke now, got it running on both machines.

    Case closed.

    Well i didn't see any light but instead of that blinding speed in scanning the machine,on top of that; no interference with other software on the computer.
    Very nice indeed!!

    Good lesson for the next time......forget support from the Dutch reseller, as they have never responded to any mail from me either! I have mailed them complaining about this and they still don't respond.
    Bad case for the Dutch expecting support. You're problem was resolved quickly by some 'bigones' here.......just great!!!!

    This maybe not a ESET problem, but more like a "dutch disease".
    This happened to me several times in dealing with company's in holland.
    And yes after i came here it was quickly resolved.
