problem with installing ESET Smart Security

    hi friends:
    when I install ESET Smart Security this note appeared:

    the feature you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is unavailable.click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the inistallation package ' NOP61B.msi' in the box below

    and I cant found this file.so what should I do?

    Was there previous Eset version installed?

    yes it was. but I uninstalled it before installing next version.

    The error occurs if a backup copy of the installer is removed from the C:\WINDOWS\Installer folder. Using the Uninstall tool mentioned above should work.
