Problem installing EAV

    Hi.
    My problem is that when i'm trying to install ESA 5, every time i get this error:

    I doesn't know how to solve this. Please help me !
    I'm using Eset products all the time, and it's bugs me that this isn't working, i doesn't want to return to version 4, please help.

    BTW, i can upload a log from ProcessMonitor, but it is 800m, and it's sounds pretty weird.
