Problem, can't access options in alot of programs

    I can access the start/run or any program on my pc, I think it's a script that is taking errors on my pc.

    As you see in my mcafee virusscan control panel, I cannot access either of the two options at the bottom.

    Same with other programs on my pc, same problem.

    Need some assistance thanks.
