    +1

BTW, many of the HIPS software on the list in the first post seem to be abandonware. Is there a newer list for HIPS software?

Also, Post 30 contains also contains a list like the first post...why?

The new list location is in ako's signature. The lists posted earlier in this thread aren't updated here anymore. You have to go to the link in ako's signature to find the updated list.

AKO, you could include CIS Defense+ in HIPS list too, right ? It's possible to use CIS only as HIPS.

I'd prefer not to included the same product to several categories. There are only a few exceptions. Also, it is already in the firewall category, and most modern firewalls are also HIPS-products.

    But I think about this.

Thanks anyway for your very useful list. :) Mine was not a critic rather a suggestion, for those looking for HIPS. But is your judgment.

    Regards.

    Ako,

    http://www.evalaze.com/en/ is simular to Cameyo

and Dell Kace Safe Browser is a FF preset browser running in VM (like Thin App) http://www.kace.com/products/freetools/secure-browser/

People can also click the Opera preset of Evalaze. When you download the Dell Kace browser, you get the fully functional KACE management tool (see Programs Files directory, sub dir KACE, you can create your own container packages). KACE is simular application as Cameyo
