privacy 9

I have recently installed acronis privacy suite 9 on two of our pcs as trial versions. One is running great and we were thing about buying multiple copies for the company. The second however did not go well. The install went fine but now the taskbar icons have all disappeared except Novell. One of the programs we use can only be accessed from this startup icon (which i can not get to). Uninstalling privacy suite puts all the taskbar icons in place. I have checked and the programs are running, I just have no icons in the taskbar.
