Prevx and WSA Terrible Performance in MRG

    in 2010 prevx showed almost non Failed in MRG Test ,Prevx lately have been showing in MRG a lots of Failed in Zero 0 day malware Test , is this something related to Webroot acquision of Prevx during the last Yearo_O

    I couldn't say why we'd be performing differently as there has been nothing but improvements behind the scenes. It also still includes 100% of the Prevx 3.0 detection database (the WSA components are on top of the P3 database) and all of the same staff (and now many more from Webroot) working on the product.

    I'm not saying those kinds of test are useless but IMO (I may be wrong) there are thousand of new malwares made everyday, even if they test 15000 samples, it'll never show the real detection rate.
