   Any body knows way to allow a ethernet card to connect to the network however not allowing to use Dailup from the ethernet card to an ADSL router.

   Hi,
   
   You could disable modem card.
   
   Start - Settings - Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager - Modem
   
   Set it to disable. It won't annoy you with the dialup afterward.
