Port Explorer installation blocked

    I tried to install PE just now, and the system claims that I am NOT the
    administrator. But I am!! Never before have I had this problem with a download and install. I am running ZA Pro, Process Guard, and AVAST 4.7
    I have disabled both ZA and PG for this install. Any ideas?
