pop up problems

    Hello,(Sorry wasnt sure where to post this)


    Problem with popup / ad software that i just cant remove.
    Seems to be related to offeroptimizer.

    My main query here is that there is a process with keeps starting called owgndpw.exe which seems to be the source of the problem. I can not find this file through google search o_O

    I can end the process and delete the exe file from whereever it is running (windows/system32) but i cant stop it reinstalling it self.
