    Hi all,
I need help! I am very new to this forum, and recently started experiencing really weird problems opening up my IE. I use IE 6.0, and I have no problem connecting to the internet through aol or netscape, but whenver i open up IE or whenver I type in an address in the location bar, I get an error
I get "the page can't be displayed" - and the MS IE browser starts blinking on and off rapidly. Until I hit stop a few times.
Then in the location bar it says "http://www.rspsearch.com/keyword/keyword.aspx?v6.0&pid=38&rs=0&keyword=www.msn.com/ or it says another search site's name but I couldn't catch it because it blinks to this one (rspsearch.com) rapidly.

This is my HiJackThis Log: Please give me your advice and tell me what I need to do next. I have never used HiJackThis before, so please be patient and tell me the steps I need to do to fix it.
Thank you so much in advance!
    Sarra

    Hi sarrasarra,

    Welcome at Wilders. :)

Before you start it would be advisable to copy hijackthis.exe into a folder of it's own. The program will make backups in the folder it is in and these easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Put a checkmark in front of the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O2 - BHO: Natural Language Navigation - {60E78CAC-E9A7-4302-B9EE-8582EDE22FBF} - C:\WINDOWS\System\BHO001.DLL

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WINSTA~1.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\System\WINSTA~1.EXE -b

    Then reboot and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\System\WINSTART001.EXE

    Regards,

    Pieter
