    Hello all,
    Please do not attach log files with an issue report in the forums. This is for the following reasons:

    1. Most important: If you post log files here, it will add unnecessary delay to a reply or assistance from both support and development due to the fact that required information is spread out rather than in one place.

    2. Issue tracking/QA: Given #1, it is harder for us to keep track of these reports and could delay the proper development of defect corrections and/or product enhancements.

    3. Takes up space in the forum database.

    4. User/customer privacy: While most of the information in the reports we ask for are generic, there could be details in the logs that you may or may not want others to see. Once attached to a post here in the forums, the log is fair game for anyone who reads the applicable thread.

    If log files are requested or if you anticipate the need to send us logs as part of your issue report, please attach them with an e-mail to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com.
