Please help - Spywareblaster 3.0 crashes

I am having trouble with the version 3
It will not run.
I get no message of missing files.
I installed the 2 files provided in the help section,
still same problem.

Message is:
SPYWAREBLASTER executed an invalid instruction in

The 2.6.1 version still works, but won't update.
