Be careful here, this could be ether the Bitdefender Communicator, or a Gaobot Variant. ( Some if the Gaobot's using excatly this name ) - please send this file to antivirus@arcor.de that i can verify it's not malware.

Ok, first, this file what you did send to me is clean. It's the bullguard service. (Virus Scanner)

    But these files
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\CDAC11BA.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\DRIVERS\CDANTSRV.EXE
are CDilla Spyware. I am very sure about that. I am wondering why SB S&D doesn't remove them... Please send these 2 files also to me.

    Hi computer007,

First surf to http://www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html and upload:
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\xcommsvr.exe
    Let us know the result.

C-Dilla has privacy issues, but some software will not work without it, which is why most scanners stopped detecting it.

AFAIK KaZaa does not need P2P Networking, but I never tested and never will. ;)

    Regards,

    Pieter

    Process File: cidaemon or cidaemon.exe
    Process Name: Microsoft Indexing Service
Description: Indexing Service that runs in the background and catalogs files so that you can search for files containing a specific text string.
    Company: Microsoft Corp.

    Source:
    http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/cidaemon/

Can you rightclick C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\xcommsvr.exe and check under Properties > version tab if that learns you something about its origin?

    Regards,

    Pieter
