Maybe the bottom got cut off Ron's ani because you had diffferent size images to start with. I think Ani shop sizes them all to the smallest of your images..??
    Maybe that happened??

That must have been it! The first picture must have been a little smaller than the others.......I tried to get them close to the same size......even added a border to the Pooh one so my name wouldn't get cut off.

Haven't read your other reply, yet :doubt:

If you hold Ctrl down with your finger, you can click on as many as you like and they all stay selected (highlighted). If you don't hold Ctrl, it jumps to the next one you select.

Just like in Windows...your Operating System....

OK.....I'm using the original pic and ONE layer only for the star (not 13). All I do is change the opacity and save as 1 (don't close it), then change the opacity a bit more and save as 2, and so on, and so on. I end up saving (say) 7 images (JPGs) from the one image that I am working on. The star never moves. It just gets more/less transparent....
    Get it?

OK...........I'm not doing the entire ani in PSP and exporting as a GIF. I'm just using PSP and saving individual JPEGs that I then animate manually in Animation Shop via the wizard

    Image to start.
    New layer.
Apply the star in the new layer.
Fade the star out with the opacity slider so you just see the original image.
    Save this as 1.jpg
Then slide the slider up until the star is a little visible.
    Save as 2.jpg
Slide it up a bit more
    Save as 3.jpg
    Again.
    Again.
    Again.
I finished with a fully bright star saved as 7.jpg
Now I closed PSP and opened Ani shop.
Using the wizard, I added images 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2 in that order.
It will repeat, so i did not have to add 1 again.
I changed the frame properties on frame 1 so it went for 2 seconds.
The rest of the images I set to 20 (1/5th of a second).
Save the ani and (maybe) resize to get under 200Kb.

It's all in the earlier posts with screenshots...

    Hope this helps,
    Brad.

    I did that

......but, to add each faded star for each picture ...you have to remove the prevous star, right?

My George.......I think she got it!! [IMG]

Ok,,,,,,,not sure if this is exactly what you said...but, here's what I did.

Basically, I added the lightest star first ........saved it......then, added the next brighter star on top of it....saved....blah, blah, blah

I was kinda going up like 15ish numbers each time.

When I got the the brightest star......and saved it. Then, to go in reverse......I did the back arrow between each time I saved.

    Get it??

~not sure how those subliminal messages got in there..http://tcwozere.co.uk/smileys/scratchhead.gif..must be a glitch in the program http://img115.exs.cx/img115/9916/z4dwink.gif~

OK...that looks pretty darn good!.....but I only used 1 star it was a 'twinkle' I downloaded from one of Uguel's links and plugged in the 'tubes'. See the screenies below.....

....now that ONE star I just made fade in or out by using the opacity slider and saved each subsequent image...

Just try opening an image pasting a star as a new layer (or applying a tube once you've opened a new layer)....then just slide the slider and watch it fade in our out. Just save that same image several times with different brightness of stars. There is no need to paste stars of different brightness over each time.....

    Anyway, you're doing very well!

My screenie shows the same star at different opacity levels....I could just have saved each one and animated them....
