    I don't see it listed on their list, but that doesen't mean anything. I never heard of it.

    It is on that list, but listed as "not on the list", if that makes sense. So it isn't a rogue, but nor is it recommended, since there are many perfectly good apps available. Still, it could be useful for a 5th or 6th opinion in some cases.
