Paragon SW and Windows 7 Preinstallation Environment (Win7PE)

Am I correct in saying that you cannot manage a DB Archive nor mount an Archive when running Hard Disk Manager in Win7PE?
If not, what is the reason for this?
If yes, how is this accomplished?

The ability to mount an archive does not exist within the Recovery Media due to the need to manage a database which isn't available in the RCD

 

I built my own PE and it is possible to manage archives as my screenshot shows. The only problem for me right now is to mount the archive which would make it much easier to view the files than using Volume Explorer or File Transfer Wizard. I installed all the UIM drivers, but I'm still missing a small piece of the puzzle to make the mount work. It's beyond me why Paragon disabled/crippled this function in PE. No one has yet been able to give me a good reason for them doing this.
