Here is the output in the logs, can someone please tell my why i am getting this error message:

Not enough space in the new partition to keep user data (if you try to make the partition with data too small)

    Some Parameters:
    Code : 274 (0x112)
    Virtual 0 (0x0)
    Error: 65561 (0x10019)
    SplitSize: 8192000 (0x7D0000)

There is PLENTY of space on the target drive for the backup.

    Thanks,

What files system has the destination?
If it is FAT32 the error may occur because value for image splitting is too large for the FAT32 limitation in 2GB for a file.

Please check what is set in Settings - Backup options and set lower split size.

I believe FAT32 maximum filesize is 4GB and as pointed out can cause errors that imply not enough space.
