Paragon Backup & Recovery 2013 Free and encrypted Volumes Possible?

    Hi,

    I am trying to Backup my encrypted computer from within Windows. Windows itself and the free Seagate Disk Wizard are able to see the hard disks as NTFS formatted. Paragon shows them as RAW / unformatted. Other alternatives are not better. Any chance of getting that implemented? The same is for Paragon Backup & Recovery 12 Compact. Someone else got the same problem or is some Paragon support here so that could be fixed? Otherwise the complete suite is useless to me.

    OK, just called Paragon (created a support ticket). It's (encryption in general) not supported. Hope to see support in the near future.
