    my automatic updates are not automatic.........i have to manually check for updates (this is the free yr??)
    no biggy, i have clicked on update automatically though??

    Did you get your ID and password via email? If not, you can't automatically update. If you did, need to enter it in the app.

    Might I suggest downloading the manual or reading the FAQ on the Panda site?
